* I survived a month in Cambodia with family & friends. A lot of emotions battered all of our spirits, but I must say it was one of the best things that ever happened to me. It's an EXTREMELY beautiful country. We saw a lot of depressing sights just as much as we saw uplifting ones. I can go on forever and forever... So enjoy these clips instead!
Bangkok, THAILAND - The Floating Market
•You ride a boat and buy souvenirs, fresh fruit, and dinner... ON THE WATER!
Battambong, CAMBODIA - Bong Seng's House
•Majority of my relatives live in the countryside. We are going to have some lunch at my cousin's house. Notice how the food is prepared on burnt embers? That's old school man! My relatives are poor people, but our family in the U.S. do our best to donate nice clothes, money, medicine, and other essential items to them.
Battambong, CAMBODIA - Om Sum's House
•My Uncle and relatives performing old, traditional Khmer music for us. This is the first time I actually got to meet him and many of my other relatives. This is sort of like a family reunion party. Probably one of my most favorite moments in this lifetime! Listen to the beautiful, bouncy music!
Siem Reap, CAMBODIA - Angkor Wat Temple
•One of the most gorgeous, ancient temples in Cambodia. It's a wonder how all of this was built.
